COTTESLOE, WESTERN AUSTRALIA

The 13W project involves the design and construction of a two storey, 4 bed, 3 bath family home in Cottesloe, Western Australia. The modernist design references a Frank Lloyd Wright style of architecture, which has demanded a range of full height glazing systems not typically available for residential projects in Australia. Pacific has worked extensively with its US suppliers to resolve the technical specifications required to create the intended form of the designers, with the project providing a fine example of Pacific’s ability to access global products that facilitate outstanding local designs.

DONVALE, VICTORIA

This architecturally designed home is nestled into the bushland backing onto the Mullum Mullum creek in Donvale Victoria just 30 minutes from Melbourne CBD.  Set amongst the native flora & fauna, this property boasts a range of custom designed products including American Cherry wood kitchen cabinetry custom made by KraftMaid, high performance glazing systems supplied by Weather Shield and a deck flowing from the kitchen living area built with a composite material using recycled wood and plastics.

APPARERINJA LODGE, HALLS CREEK

Aparrerinja is located in the East Kimberly region of Western Australia, next to the World Heritage listed Purnululu (Bungle Bungle) National Park. The Lodge is an iconic accommodation facility that overlooks the Elvire River and the Albert Edward Ranges, and offers visitors a world-class eco-tourism experience in a truly unique part of the world. The accommodation facility has been designed and built to the highest Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) standards, and Pacific has supplied a broad range of high performance windows, doors and glazing systems to support the architectural philosophy of engaging the visitor in the surrounding environment, yet maintaining the highest thermal performance rating achievable.
